Paying with Tax-Free Childcare? No worries!
We are happy to accept Tax-Free Childcare payments for eligible KidzQuest bookings at St. James, Elstead only - it's a simple 3-step process.
How to book using Tax-Free Childcare:
1. Book your child’s place through ClassForKids as normal; choose the dates you would like your child to attend and continue through the booking process.
2. When you reach the payment stage, enter the KidzQuest TFC booking code (below)

This applies a 100% discount in ClassForKids only so that you are not charged by card at checkout.
Please note: this is not a free booking code. It simply allows you to complete the booking on ClassForKids and then pay separately through your Tax-Free Childcare account.
3. Once your ClassForKids booking is complete, simply login to your TFC account, find us and make the payment in full through the HMRC portal.
When making the payment, and if you are able to, please include your child’s name and the booked dates as the payment reference; this helps us match the payment to your booking.. We are aware this is not always possible, so please don't worry - there are other ways we can cross-check bookings with TFC payments 😁
Childcare vouchers & Edenred
Tax-Free Childcare is different from childcare voucher schemes such as Edenred. We are not currently registered with Edenred, so we cannot currently accept payments using this method at this stage. We will certainly be looking into this for the future and hope to have an update on this soon.
