Getting ready for KidzQuest? Here's what you need to know!
Before Arrival
What to Bring:
- Sun cream already applied before arrival.*
- Sun hat (essential in warm weather).*
- Clearly named water bottle
- Nut aware balanced packed lunch.
- Two healthy snacks.
- Comfortable clothing for active play.
- Footwear suitable for indoor and outdoor activities.
- Swimming kit (swimsuit/trunks and towel). Goggles and hats optional.
- A complete change of clothes.
- Any required medication (please hand directly to a member of staff at check-in), clearly labeled with name and 'official' dosage instructions.

Arrival & Collection
St. Catherine's, Bramley
- Enter via the Senior School entrance from Station Road
- Follow the road around to the left, behind the school and onto the gravel car park at the rear of the school.
- Steve and the KidzQuest team will be waiting near the swimming pool at the check in desk. Just follow the music!
- Directional signage will guide you all the way.
St. James, Elstead
- Come to the school reception as normal
- A member of our team will welcome your family, check your child in and help them settle straight into the day’s activities.
Collection
- Please let us know in advance if someone different will be collecting your child.
If your child’s medical information has changed since booking, please inform us before they attend.
During the Day
No two days at KidzQuest are ever quite the same, but every day is packed with fun, friendship and adventure.
What to expect:
- Sports and team games.
- Giant inflatables.
- Swimming sessions.
- Creative activities and crafts.
- Team challenges
- Free play and friendship-building.
- KidzQuest Camp dance.
- Plenty of laughter!
Swimming
- Please bring swimwear and a towel.
- Goggles are optional but highly recommended.
- Swimming hats not essential
- All swimming sessions are fully supervised by a qualified lifeguard and KidzQuest staff either in or out of the water..
Food and Hydration
- Regular snack breaks (minimum two)
- Lunch break.
- Frequent hydration breaks throughout the day and plenty of opportunities to refill water bottles. (We’re still convinced FIFA stole the hydration break idea from KidzQuest… 😉)
- Bottle full refills as least once per day and on request.
- Children are encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the day.
First Time at Camp?
There’s no need to worry if it’s your child’s first visit. Our experienced team are experts at helping children settle quickly, make new friends and feel part of the KidzQuest family from the moment they arrive. Every child is encouraged, included and supported so they leave with a smile and can’t wait to come back.
